Chia Protein

Foods Alive crafts their Chia Protein by carefully separating the oils from the seeds. This creates a wonderful high protein and high fiber product that can be added to a variety of different foods. Chia Protein is a very nutritious addition to protein shakes, smoothies, cereals, porridge, yogurts and more. It can also be used as a partial substitute for flour.

Chia Protein is loaded with an abundance of nutients such as calcium, protein,anti-oxidants and dietary fiber and also contains all the essential Amino Acids to provide a nutritional punch!

NOTE: Due to the absorption properties of chia, it is suggested to use 1 tablespoon or less when adding to your Frozen Garden smoothies, as it will thicken the consistency of your smoothie.

Add 1 tablespoon of Chia Protein, to add 2.5 grams of protein, to your favorite Frozen Garden smoothie.
