Shipping Schedule
Due to the perishable nature of our frozen products, we ship orders Monday through Wednesday only to ensure timely delivery. Some orders may ship Thursday if delivery is scheduled for Friday or Saturday.
Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days of being placed.
Shipping Area
We currently ship to the continental United States only (lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
Shipping Methods
All orders ship via:
- UPS Ground
- UPS 2nd Day Air (to select locations)
Delivery Time: 1-3 business days from ship date.
Order Requirements
- Minimum Order: 7 items required for all shipments
- Free Shipping: 15+ items qualify for free shipping
Frozen Delivery Guarantee
Your products are shipped with dry ice and insulated packaging to ensure they arrive frozen. If products arrive thawed due to shipping delays or carrier issues, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
Shipping Restrictions
We may be unable to ship during:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Holiday periods when carriers have delays
- Areas experiencing delivery service disruptions
We'll notify you if your order is delayed due to these conditions.
Delivery Requirements
- Products should be transferred to freezer storage on the day of delivery
- Follow all dry ice safety instructions included with your shipment
