DO YOU SHIP TO MY LOCATION?

We ship to all locations within the Lower 48 states with a minimum order amount of $35.

HOW ARE THE ITEMS KEPT FROZEN DURING SHIPMENT?

All of our shipments contain an insulated liner and enough dry ice to maintain a frozen environment for the duration of transit. However, due to unknown conditions that may arise during transit, it is best to bring the package inside and transfer the products to your freezer as soon as you receive the shipment.

We are committed to using environmentally conscious and sustainable shipping methods. That’s why we use insulated liners that are made from plants (corn starch) and minerals (dirt and rocks). You may remove and recycle the plastic wrapping and then dispose of the liner material in your garbage bin. The inner liner material will break down and compost over time. The cardboard box is 100% curbside recyclable.

Dry ice is the solid form of carbon dioxide. Dry ice is made from reclaimed CO2 and dissipates back into CO2 over time making it "carbon-neutral." To safely dispose of the dry ice, use a towel, oven mitts or gloves to remove the dry ice from the box and place the dry ice package outside in a trash container. Keep away from pets and children. Do not open and touch the dry ice with your bare hands as it may cause burns similar to frostbite from the extreme cold. The dry ice will dissipate back into CO2 in a few hours.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP FOR A SUBCRIPTION TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, not at all! All orders default to a one-time order. For those looking for the convenience of not having to place reorders, we offer an Autoship & Save option.

HOW DOES AUTOSHIP & SAVE WORK?

All orders default to a one-time order. If looking to have your Smoothies and Fusions sent automatically at regular intervals, you can select the Autoship & Save option in the cart. When selecting Autoship & Save, you can select for your shipments to be sent anywhere from every week to every 12 weeks.

Once you've placed your initial Autoship & Save order, you can change your recurring frequency or skip orders at any time by logging into your account and clicking Manage Subscriptions.

To cancel your Autoship & Save, go to the Manage Subscription tab in your Account. Click View Details on the subscription you want to cancel and then select Cancel Subscription and follow the instructions on the screen.

HOW DO I ADD NEW FLAVORS AND PRODUCTS INTO MY AUTOSHIP & SAVE?

Make sure you are signed into your account that has an active Autoship & Save. Go to the product page for the product you want to add to your Autoship order and click the Add to Existing Subscription button.

You can change quantities and remove flavors in your existing subscription by going to your Account and clicking Manage Subscription.

ARE FROZEN GARDEN SMOOTHIES AND FUSIONS ORGANIC?

All of our Smoothies and Fusions are Non-GMO Project Verified and we follow the Environmental Working Group’s Dirty Dozen™ when it comes to organic. Any item that is on the Dirty Dozen™ list of highest pesticides levels, we source either commercial certified organic or it's grown by one of our small local farmers without the use of synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. This includes items such as spinach, kale, apples, grapes, strawberries, pears and more. Items that are not on the Dirty Dozen™ list, such as bananas and avocados, we source those conventionally.

HOW MUCH DOES EACH SMOOTHIE PACK MAKE?

Each smoothie pouch makes a 20-ounce smoothie when blended with 1½ cups of liquid.

Depending on personal preference, you can increase or decrease the amount of liquid. Using more liquid than recommended will create a thinner, milder tasting smoothie. Using less liquid will create a thicker, more robust tasting smoothie.

HOW LONG WILL SMOOTHIES AND FUSIONS LAST IN MY FREEZER?

Frozen Garden Smoothies and Fusions will last indefinitely when properly stored in your freezer. But for maximum quality, we suggest you consume the Smoothies and Fusions before the “Best By” date on the back of the package (typically 9+ months from date of purchase). It’s important to keep your Smoothies frozen until ready to blend. It is NOT recommended to thaw any of our Smoothies prior to blending.

ARE FUSIONS PASTEURIZED?

Yes, Fusions are pasteurized, for your safety, per FDA guidelines.
