What exactly is Frozen Garden?
We’re your shortcut to eating more real food without the hassle. Our lineup includes ready-to-blend Smoothies, Overnight Oats, savory Garden Bowls, and even Delite dessert smoothies. Everything is frozen at peak freshness and shipped straight to your door. Many of our ingredients come from local farmers here in Indiana, where our small team of real humans hand-preps every pack. No labs. No gimmicks. Just honest food, made by people who care.
Are your smoothies already blended?
Nope. They come frozen in ready-to-blend packs. You toss one in the blender with your favorite milk, plant milk or water, hit start, and boom—you’ve got a fresh smoothie in 60 seconds.
Do you use any added sugar?
Zero. Nada. Zip. The sweetness comes straight from fruit.
Are Frozen Garden products organic?
Not every single ingredient is certified organic, but we’re picky about what makes it into your cup. We follow the Environmental Working Group’s Dirty Dozen list like it’s our grocery bible. That means high-risk produce—like spinach, kale, strawberries, apples, pears, and peaches—is always organic. For low-risk fruits with natural protection (think bananas, pineapples, citrus), we go conventional to keep things simple, affordable, and just as nutrient-packed. It’s not about chasing a label. It’s about thoughtful sourcing, real food, and your health always coming first.
Do your products contain allergens?
Some recipes do include nuts, and every ingredient is always clearly listed so you can blend with confidence. While we follow strict allergen-handling procedures to keep everything as safe as possible, we can’t promise zero chance of cross-contact. If you have a severe allergy, please use your best judgment before ordering.

Do I have to subscribe?
Nope. You can order whenever the craving hits. But if you like saving a little dough (15% to be exact), a subscription keeps your freezer stocked and your wallet happy. Plus, you can skip, pause, or cancel anytime—no strings attached.
How does the subscription work?
You pick your favorite flavors, choose how often you want them, and we do the rest. As a subscriber, you’re automatically part of our Smoothie Squad reward program—meaning free products, surprise gifts, discounts, and even gift cards for friends get added to your renewal boxes. The longer you’re with us, the better the rewards. You’ll also get first dibs on seasonal flavors a whole month early plus access to subscriber-only blends you won’t find anywhere else. In short: savings, perks, and smoothies on autopilot.
Is there a minimum order?
Yep—our minimum order is 7 items. Shipping frozen, perishable goods takes a little extra care, and that’s the sweet spot where it makes sense. Bonus: when you hit 15 items, shipping’s on us.
Shipping & Storage
How do the products stay frozen during shipping?
We pack everything in insulated boxes with enough dry ice to keep it frozen solid until it lands on your doorstep. Yes, it’s kind of like opening a treasure chest of frost.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
Nope. Your box will stay frozen on your porch for several hours. Just unpack and pop everything in your freezer when you get home.
How long will my smoothies last in the freezer?
Up to 9 months. But let’s be honest—they’ll disappear long before that.
Do you ship everywhere?
Almost! We ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states. If you’re in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the U.S., we’re not quite there yet—but we’ve got our eyes on the map.
When will my order ship and how long does delivery take?
Since we’re shipping frozen goods, timing matters. We only ship Monday through Wednesday to make sure your box arrives the same week it’s sent (no weekend layovers in a warehouse). Transit time is usually 1–3 days, depending on where you live.
Smoothie Squad Subscribers
When will my first subscription order ship?
Your very first order ships on our next shipping day (Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday). After that, renewals run like clockwork: they process early Monday morning and ship out Monday or Tuesday of that week.
How do Smoothie Squad rewards work?
Easy—you don’t have to lift a finger. Every renewal earns you rewards, and the longer you stick with us, the better they get. We’re talking free products, surprise gifts, extra discounts, Frozen Garden merch, and even gift cards for friends—all automatically added to your renewal orders. Just one thing to know: if you cancel your subscription, your rewards reset and you’ll start back at the beginning if you rejoin.
What perks do subscribers get besides rewards?
Plenty. As a subscriber, you’ll unlock access to exclusive subscriber-only flavors and get early access to new seasonal flavors a whole month before anyone else. Basically, you’re in the inner circle.
How often will my subscription renew?
You’re in control. You can set your subscription to renew every 1, 2, 4, 6, or 10 weeks—whatever keeps your freezer stocked and your smoothie cravings satisfied. We’ll send you a reminder 5 days before each renewal, and you can always adjust your schedule in your subscription portal.
Can I change or skip an order?
Totally. You can swap flavors, skip a week, or adjust your delivery frequency anytime in your subscription portal. Just make changes before your renewal processes Monday morning. Once your order ships, we can’t make edits or cancellations since our products are perishable.
Blending & Enjoying
How do I make a smoothie?
Easy. Just add 10 oz of your favorite milk, plant milk or water to the blender, dump in the pack, and blend for 60 seconds. That’s it—you’re officially a smoothie pro.
Can I prep them ahead of time?
Yep! Blend, pour into a mason jar or shaker bottle, and store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
Do I need a fancy blender?
Nope. A regular household blender will do the job. High-powered blenders just make things a little smoother, faster.
Policies & Other Details
What’s your return policy?
Since we’re shipping frozen food, we can’t take returns. But if something’s wrong with your order, let us know and we’ll make it right.
Do you offer gift options?
Absolutely. You can send a box of smoothies straight to someone’s door or grab a Frozen Garden gift card—digital or physical—so they can pick their own favorites. Either way, you’re officially the best gift-giver ever.
Are your packages recyclable?
Our shipping boxes are recyclable, and our plant-based insulation liners are compostable (they’re made from corn starch). We also source packaging locally to cut down on emissions. Even our pouches use post-consumer recycled materials—so while they’re not curbside recyclable yet, they’re already giving plastic a second life. Plus, we compost food scraps and reuse containers with our farm partners to keep as much waste out of landfills as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
As long as your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can cancel it. Just text us at 219-286-3578 or email info@thefrozengarden.com. Once it’s on the truck, though, we can’t cancel or change shipping details since everything is perishable and needs to stay frozen in transit.
