Strawberries – this spring fruit is shaped like itty-bitty hearts, so you know they have to be good for you! In fact, they’re chock-full of vitamin C, fiber and antioxidants which can boost your immune system and help reduce heart disease.

We paired these pretty little berries with other nutrient-dense fruits like figs, kale, bananas and kiwi. To balance out the fruit flavors, we added orange zest and a hint of rosemary. It’s delightfully sweet and perfectly balanced.
