Marvelous in three minutes, perfect with grilled salmon or shrimp.

I buy this ALL. OF. THE. TIME. A little seasoned beef, chicken, or by itself and I'm one happy person! It's got that Southwest taste to it; I add some spices to kick it up a notch because I like a little heat. But for me it's like a deconstructed burrito bowl. All the yum and a lot less cheaper than Chipotle.
